Lying about delivery times and stock availability

<p>I ordered a USB hub from them on Monday. The reason I chose them and not loot (Idiot that I am), was that their website stated that the item was in stock, and delivery times was up to 3 days. Loot was less, but was a minimum of 2-5 businessdays before it shipped. Well Their website casn show in stock, thast does not mean that it is in stock. That means its somewhere in a warehouse anywhere in the country. And they first need to get it to their offices in midrand. So its now 3 days in the order, and they can see the item. They just cannot see when it will be delivered , as it is " with the warehouse". And according to one called Elbert, they cannot see into the logistics of said "in stock" item that is at the warehouse. So I will have to still wait till it ships oneday from the warehouse. Then it might be 3 days. So this order from a company in midrand to pretoria (about 30kms) is currently looking at 6 days. WOW !</p>
