Literally broke the law and violated my customer rights after ignoring emails and not speaking to me

I ordered an item that their website showed as in-stock on 21 December 2020.

After having heard absolutely nothing from them at all, I did what they should have done and made contact on 4 January 2021.

They eventually rep**** on 7 January. How long does it take them to write an e-mail? It takes me just a few minutes, but apparently for FirstShop they are forbidden from writing emails in minutes.

In their 7th January email, they said that they will have stock as of 3 February, more than a month after I ordered the in-stock item.

On the 7th of February, a month later, after still having heard nothing from them, I again did what they should have done and made contact, since FirstShop apparently hates reaching out to their customers.

They told me that they will have stock on 25th March.

On the 1st of March I couldn't take it any more and told them to cancel the order. I was exerting my rights as a customer according to South African law to not be forced to buy an item.

On 3 March the order arrived, after I told them I don't want the item any more, in clear violation of my rights.

What happened to the 25th of March? Why did they lie like that and force the item on me?

I sent multiple emails with no replies. They have yet to refund me or come fetch the package that I don't want any more?
