Last Shop purchase

I had purchase ink cartridges for a hp printer. The ink is vary scarce and most suppliers had not stock. I find it on first shop indicated as instock. I place an order and is assigned person Colin Jordaan. I verify with Colin that they have stock and reply comes back positive. I order the extra colour and verify again. Paid the money 6th of May. There after a comedy of errors. Today the 21st of May still no colour ink massive amount of effort to phone and email the company. I will not use or recommend this company.
