Laptop never delivered after three weeks ordered

Good day. I need help getting refunded. I paid in full for a laptop at FirstShop on 24 November 2023. Today is 09 December 2023. I have not received it yet. There's not been communication from them since Monday 4 December saying it will arrive in the week. Phoned and emailed countless times. I really need that money back. I don't understand how they are closed over weekends with no way of communicating with customers. Please communicate with me to arrange my refund. It's more than three weeks. I just want my full refund now as I've been more than patient. Thank you Naomi Coetzee
