Item Out of Stock when order was place stock avail

I placed a order for a PC on the website which at the time was available upon placing my order after a week of me following up i get told that the item is end of life ( a week to tell me this ), i them order a replacement item with the hope of them making up for lost time, checked before placing order the item is in stock, now i get told that the item is no longer available. I would not have placed the order if i had seen the item was not available and would have turned to another supplier of which i would not have been made to wait close to 2 weeks to and this is for a client.<br> <br> My business has suffered buy this as i have lost credibility and a valued client <br> <br> So no it took another day to ask for my details to give me a refund. Worst service ever received from a supplier being that a online store.
