Item not delivered and very poor customer care service. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

<p>I ordered 3 items on the 16 April only 2 of the 3 items arived. The most expensive item never arrived. When I opended the package i saw the missing item immediately called their call centre and spoke to Suzaan in customer services who told me they are aware of the missing item the warehouse never had stock and my item was to arrive the next week. All that happend after that was empty promises made by the manager Elbert after i had left him several messages which he did not responsd to. The last i heard from him I was promised to receive the goods but have received nothing to date, not even a follow up phone call. Will never buy anything again from them and will advise you to do the same.</p>
