INFC***1 parcel not delivered.
INFC***1 my parcel hasn't reached my address up until now, Shina from Firstshop said it was supposed to be delivered by Thursday the 12th but that never happened. I couldn't reach the courier company they use. Yvette sent an email asking me how nice my customer service was, I rep**** with my concerns and haven't received a reply back from her.
I'm in the dark about this, very disappointed with my first Firstshop encounter.
