Incorrect item, twice.
I placed an order for the below item on the 11th of March. About a week or so later, the incorrect item was delivered. I emailed your RMA department and they took about 4 business days to log a new order and send out the "correct" item. About a week after that (today) I received the "correct" item. It is the exact same item as the first delivery, meaning it is the the incorrect item, again! It has been 3 weeks since I placed my initial order with you, now I am sitting with 2 incorrect items (the first of which still has not been collected), and I do not have the item that I ordered.
This is the item that I ordered. Note the "SFX" in the naming, Firstshop keep sending me the non SFX version: Thermaltake Toughpower SFX 650W 80 PLUS Gold PSU for Mini ITX PS-TPD-0650FN***E-2 × 1

28 Mar 2023, 14:52Thanks for the response. I am in contact with your RMA department. Like I told them, if you can guarantee that you can send me the correct item the 3rd time, I am happy to take it. Otherwise, please collect the incorrect items and issue me a refund.
