In stock does not mean it is actually in stock
Do NOT trust their website for stock availability. And do not expect any form of meaningful communication.
Mixed messages at every turn... do have stock, don't have stock, unavailability due to port delays, no ETA, then suddenly available and being dispatched.
Absolutely shocking service. I regret having spent money with them, and certainly won't be shopping with them again.

07 Mar 2024, 11:12Website says in stock with delivery of 2-4 days..... 8 days later I get told no stock and you can provide an alternate or a refund. Based on comments on this site about your other refund cases, I assume that will be more time consuming than waiting for new stock to arrive.
I couldn't be put through to anyone, but the moment I mention "Aaah, Google Review just posted... let's log into Hellopeter" then suddenly meetings are over and I can speak to someone higher up.
In stock to no stock to "warehouse has just confirmed" to "sourced from a 3rd party".... so which is it?
