Improve Service Delivery

Their prices are good but they have to improve in informing customers on the delivery status of the product purchased. They should also consider naming their delivery boxes, I had issues when I used my company address and the delivery box just said" attention company name" and had issues getting my order as the receptionist didn't know who the delivery belonged to. At least notify customers when the delivery has arrived.
