My first order with FirstShop was an invertor and it was a painless process with delivery in 3 days. I was super impressed. My second order was a let down though. I placed the order just like any other but after 6 days of not receiving it I started calling and emailing and I got a million excuses about the delay untill 2 weeks later after constant mails my order finally arrived. Not sure who dropped the ball or what the real reason was for the delay but that was discouraging. Owning an IT company, I'm a registered reseller with a bunch of First Shops sister companies but I needed something that I could only find on their site so I even pair retail and the delivery service just shot the whole experience of dealing with FS to pieces.

Everyone deserves a second chance though so I'm going to chalk this up to everyone being allowed to have a lousey day. I do hope this is the last train wreck I experience with FS. Theyre a great online store and their pricing is super compatitive.
