I ordered my (electronic, software) product and received the invoice and activation keys within a couple of days (24hrs) - I say "a couple of days" because it was over the Easter Weekend, so understandably the staff took the time off. But as soon as they were back, things went as smoothly as they usually do! I'm very pleased.
