Horrific client service

Good day,

I have been trying to buy a router from Firstshop since the 9th of November. The sales representative was at first non-responsive and now ignoring blatant requests to have the matter escalated after the price was increased suddenly, but on the website it states otherwise.

I have asked that Colin Jordaan put me in contact with the manager or company owner without any reply in this regard.

Could someone please have a look into the issue?
