Hoping to see my order in the 3rd week after my initial purchase.
Terrible first experience. Waited 5 working days for the item (Johannesburg area) only to get an incorrect version of the product ordered. Requested return minutes after the items arrival and have been waiting ever since. I have had my emails ignored and had to call multiple times to get any help with getting my order. Now I have been told it will take 3 - 5 working days. 3 weeks for an Item that should have been delivered initially in 1-3 days (provided it actually arrives).
