Hopeless with returns!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have bought a wifi storage device online from them. Not knowing all the capabilities and limitations of the device beforehand. I have unboxed it. I did not even pulled the plastic from the device. I have tested it for 15 minutes and it did not satisfy my requirements. I put it back into the box and contacted them for an exchange. What a MISSION. Its now around 20 emails back and forth from their consultant to just get my money back. And in the first email they informed me that they will deduct 15% handling fee. Plus I need to pay for the courier to return the package. I will never buy from this company again. Firstshop please learn from Takealot on how to handle returns properly. I hope I will get my refund before 2024.
