HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Thoroughly, unequivocally disappointed. AVOID UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.

Bought a mouse (Redragon Perdiction 4, which was needed as an emergency business replacement), and was given the impression based on website information and the post-payment email that shipping would take 1-2 business days based on my location. This store's office address is 15 minutes away FROM MY HOUSE (I was perfectly ready to go collect it myself, but that is not an option). Shipping took over a WEEK, which I only found out about the delay by calling in myself and checking on day 4 or 5.

The mouse then arrives, and is defective (stuttering in all settings across multiple PCs with and without the driver software).

Currently awaiting a refund after the mouse was sent back last week, and once again had to call in to ask what on Earth is going on with my return. Only now (21 days since the order was placed) am I receiving an email saying that the original order itself (NOT THE RETURN) was completed. There is a massive black hole between you making a purchase/return and actual things seeming to be done, which unfortunately thanks to the standards of other sites and stores is just *******.

As far as the standards of tech stores go with customer service, communication, shipping, reliability and even pricing, you are WAY better off heading to Takealot, Evetech, Titan ice, Computermania, Tech.co.za (where I have now obtained a replacement replacement mouse of the same model, which is working like a dream and was collected by me on the exact same day I ordered it thanks to the availability of their collection facility), and even Wootware all the way in Cape Town.
