Hats off to Wayne

Ordered two monitors from Firstshop. Had an issue with the order because the wrong price was advertised on the website. It is understandable that faults creep in on pricing. The situation was handled excellently by Wayne with him phoning me several times. Great customer service and situation was resolved with him giving a great discount. Have already shopped from them again. Four stars because of the wrong pricing.
