Great service, great price, fast delivery!

A big thumbs up for the excellent service received by FirstShop in general and Nicky J (sales agent).

Last week I needed a new Samsung Evo 860 SSD. I called the national hotline (answered promptly and courteously) and was put through to Nicky, who was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. She went out of her way to establish if the product that I urgently needed wasn't perhaps available at a FirstShop warehouse closer to me and could be dispatched directly from there. Alas, this wasn't the case but the fact that she got back to me in lightning speed and as promised, along with the smooth and hassle-free order process right up to fulfillment, made for an extremely positive experience with FirstShop.

As people, we tend to only make our voices heard loudly when things go wrong. I firmly believe that great service has to be pointed out and acknowledged just as well - all the more so because it is very rare in this day and age.
