Great service experience

Ordered a webcam as lockdown happened. I was also aware that webcams were in short supply. When I emailed asking for a likely delivery date, I got an immediate response! What a lovely surprise instead of getting the usual "your request will be processed in 3 to 5 working days". Delivery was earlier than expected. Easy process end-to-end. Great work!
