Great service. Communication about delivery details could be better
Great website, easy to navigate and use. Also fairly decent prices. sometimes way cheaper than other places. Wished that the order process was more transparent. Eg when the order is being packed for shipping, or even just a tracking number. Did not get a tracking number on my last order. Placed a new order recently. Hope this has changed

Because we work with multiple warehouses and systems, getting everything perfectly synced can be a bit tricky — but we're actively working on improving this. In the meantime, most orders can be tracked using the details on your tax invoice, which is sent once your order ships.
