Great service but...
The service was excellent. I buy all my printer inks from FirstShop, both for my A1 plotter and large A3 printer - best prices in the country! I received my item in Knysna within 3 days of ordering. Only comment is that I added a pack of batteries to my basket to take it over R500 to qualify for free delivery. The batteries were about R25.00 and the main item was R499.00. I purposely chose an item marked in stock, yet they were delivered separately. I am sure the cost of delivery to FirstShop must have been more than R25.00, not to mention the cost of the batteries, unnecessary plastic and packaging, fuel, etc, etc. Maybe something to look at!
