Great prices, poor service

<p>To get these guys to comunicate is a mission! Despite sending a mail to say a consulatnt will communicate the progress of your order - you hear nothing, and tehn you phone..still nothing. Took 10days to deliver a printer cartridge...nobody can wait that long...</p>
