Great Customer Service - Firstshop

Purchased an HP 250 laptop, arrived on time, but was DOA, Firstshop after receiving a DOA certificate from HP (20 mins) dispatched a replacement laptop before picking up the DOA unit! Very impressed with their caring service - I will use them again.
