Good products, well priced, but beware of the returns policy

I'd like to thank Jarred and team for changing my experience into a more positive one. I eventually received the correct monitor and I'm very happy with it. I would like to caution buyers about the returns policy (or lack thereof) - if you open the packaging in any way, you CANNOT return the product - in this case an exchange was arranged for me but it cost me 15% and return shipping costs, extra. My monitor came at a serious premium unfortunately.
