Good prices but no service whatsoever

<p>Good prices but no service at all !After we paid for cartridges, waited a week for delivery. Not 3 day max like they promise on their website. No one phones you or keeps you updated you have to run after them and if you lucky enough to get hold of someone, they are very disinterested....</p> <p> </p>
