Good prices and reliability, year after year

I have been shopping on and off on FirstShop over a number of years, purchasing everything from computer hardware and consumables, home automation goods and office software. FirstShop consistently has good prices, comparable if not better than established and trusted online stores, as well as having a wide selection of products.

Use of the platform is relatively easy, though searches could use more effective filters (i.e. over a phrase rather than all results containing individual words).

That being said, the purchasing process is smooth, with frequent email updates as to the stage of the purchase (picking, out for delivery, etc.).

FirstShop has been around for years and has developed a reputation of reliability. They're established. They're real. They communicate well. Their prices are competitive. All reasons to continue to shop with them.
