Good price & product but ***** ordering system

<p>I happened upon Firstshop via Pricecheck.co.za and found an item in stock that I was struggling to find at other online retailers, and at a good price! They delivered within the 3 business days they promised but here's the catch...they didn't deliver it to the right person!</p> <p> </p> <p>I added my details and delivery address (at work) on my online order form and received a PO with the correct details. But their system linked the delivery address to a previous customer and generated a delivery document for that person instead of me. My colleague (not knowing who it was for) kept it safe until someone inquired. Eventually, after unravelling the mystery I found my parcel but was flabbergasted by this glaring weakness in their ordering system. Fix it before you guys get faced with big sh***</p>
