Good experience overall and very friendly customer service.
The customer service was very helpful and friendly, it was really refreshing to speak to someone actually determined to help you. However the lack of communication and updates leaves much to desire. One should be able to receive continuous updates on their parcel's whereabouts but I only received 2 updates from them and one day I got home and my parcel was there. Also the packaging was not the best. My parcel was pretty banged-up but luckily the items inside were okay so I was grateful for that. I don't know if this is Firstshop's fault or the courier's but I thought it was important enough for me to mention. Overall, I would definitely order from them again!
