Good company, but needs work on delivery efficiency

I created an account just to write a review for this company. Just received my Logitech Brio 100 webcam in good order. Took basically 1.5 business days. I have ordered in the past from them and the products are good and at better prices usually. The problem however is with the delivery. You don't receive detailed updates about delivery date and time. Just sharing this information with frustrated customers maybe it helps them. The courier company they use is called RTT Logistics. You can enter your Tracking # from your invoice here https://www.rtt.co.za/tracking/ and if it says transit its probably on its way to you. You can call them instead of bothering Firstshop for a better estimation on your delivery too.
