Going above and beyond!

I ordered something for my child for Christmas and after 10 days and no delivery I contacted them only to be told "it is out of stock". After many emails and phone calls with different team members they did not only replace my order with something better but had it delivered in a different city just in time for Christmas ****erally the afternoon of the 24th of December) Now this is service!
