From good to great to disaster.
I have dealt with Nicky Jagermath in the past and was always impressed with Firstshop with no hassles at all and great customer service from her. In dealing with Vernon and Sandile after lockdown and from what I see in other reviews it seems they can't get their act together the last couple of months; with RTT their delivery partners being as ridiculous. I've waited close on 20 days now since I ordered stuff and 10 of those it's been sitting with RTT. Twice RTT have delivered other stuff to my house but not the package that was a prioty. No doubt I will get another email just before the close of business today to say the parcel is on its way tomorrow. Unfortunately tomorrow never comes.

Thank you for letting us know. Deliveries only started on the 2nd of May 2020. This means all lockdown backorders were released and hence a congestion was experienced. Regarding the separate deliveries, we do have warehouses situated in different areas and some products are only stocked there, which at times causes the delay and part-shipment with the collection from the couriers and then for them to deliver. We do this in the interest of getting each item to you as soon as possible. After some investigation, it seems your order has been delivered. We do however sincerely apologize for the inconvenience experienced and will be addressing these mentioned matters to management.
