FirstTech/FirstShop not replacing monitor which arrived broken

I bought a monitor on 17 August from FirstTech/ FirstShop which arrived broken. Internally, they did not know their own procedures for how to deal with this. Their communications have been appalling. It is now 4 October and I still have not received a replacement.
