I added to cart and completed the payment. I was informed via email on the 29 June 2023 that the item is out of stock and that it would be in on the 30 June 2023.

I agreed to wait. Today the 03 August 2023 I emailed to say that I have allowed for enough time for the item to come and I wanted to know when I could expect it. I was told that the item has come to end of life and they will not be getting it again. I received an apology because there was a note that was not actioned and I was not informed about this.

The item in question is a current item so I do not accept that it has come to end of life as an excuse for having advertised an item that they do not have stock of. The item in question is a new release item so I do not understand how it can be described as 'end of life'

I consider this to be gross mismanagement and completely irresponsible. Why advertise something and have the customers go through with adding to cart if there is no stock available. It has been a week since I sent through banking details but have not received a refund as yet.

I really am not impressed with my experience.

5 weeks later I am still without the product ordered or a refund.
