Firstshop the last place to shop!!!

I have dealt with Shenaaz Essop and Lance Kalk the sales manager and have been appalled with the service I have received. First I buy products that are listed as available and am told that due to the nature of their system it did not update in time and these products are no longer available. However the two products they make a large profit on are somehow the only ones available now. I then wait for them to return me my funds for the products I have ordered which they failed to do for over two months. I have had no response from Shenaaz or Lance and on Monday morning will escalate this matter to the highest authorities. I have dealt with many reputable companies like Rectron, Mustek, Dell, Hp and Samsung and will now take my business somewhere else. This is a dam disgrace to call these legitimate business procedures as she explained to me. Either you deliver me the products and refund me my money or I shall make it my mission to take down this company's reputation as it is a company with no integrity whatsoever. By Monday afternoon I want a reply as this lack of action on Firstshop's part is pathetic period. Firstshop should be the last place to shop!!!
