FirstShop shocking service
I have ordered aluminum display frames on 28 December 2022. We have received the plastic for the aluminum frames however battling to receive any answer regarding the frames. Regardless of any telephone call, email - zero response. I am of the opinion they have closed down. This is the worst service I have ever received. Just nobody returning the call etc. Don't ever consider buying from this company, you are going to be frustrated.

19 Jan 2023, 10:08FS***2 - How long is this still going to take before I receive the correct goods? Alternatively come and collect the plastic which I cannot use and do a refund. I am amazed by this kind of professionalism of the business. You don't give a damn and you obviously have no pride!!!!
