FirstShop Review

While the product I purchased is what I expected, the service or more specifically the communication from FirstShop wasn't the best. My order's dispatch was delayed and even though they did communicate this to me, it was only a week after the purchase. Only after I sent an email following up again on a Friday there was all of a sudden action taken. I received an SMS that the order has been invoiced, and the order was delivered on the Monday without any notification or tracking details. I had no idea it was even out for delivery.
