Firstshop refuses to credit me and they returned goods in messed up packaging

<p>I bought an adapter from Firstshop to display apple tv via VGA cable, the device didnt work and they claimed to have taken it to supplier to test it and they say supplier says it works, i asked if i could come to them with my apple tv device to show me that it works or put me in contact with the supplier but they are just silent, they have sent the package back to me and I just have to throw it away because it doesnt work. Really bad service.</p>
