FIRSTSHOP refusal to accept back unused Cartridges bought Jan "23" Printer failed.

I have been a customer of FIRSTSHOP for many years, buying printer cartridges. I bought four HP655 Genuine Cartridges Jan 2023. My printer "retired" and is irreparable. I have asked if I could exchange 3 of the 4 for cartridges for a new printer which I likely would have purchased from them. This was REFUSED. Sadly our long time business may have to be terminated.
