Firstshop refund
Had a very bad experience with this company on a recent purchase. Ordered 1 device, incorrect item arrived. Sent it back asked for a refund, still waiting for that to happen 10 days later. Found a replacement item, order that. Waited 3 days for them to tell me that the device is not in stock, selected a different item, told to pay in. I did. Waited a week, for them then to tell me that this item too is not in stock. Asked for a refund, and now I am waiting for 2 sets of refunds and no idea how long this will take. Very disappointed in the service.
