Firstshop offer very poor after sales service

Have dealt with the company for a while and the products /delivery service are great, BUT don't expect any half decent AFTER SALES SERVICE.<br> I ordered a set of printer cartridges, and after approx. 2 months I installed the yellow cartridge which was faulty. Contacted Colin Jordaan, who after some time (days) told me that because the order was more than a month old, I should return the cartridges to them in original packaging (which I did), at my own cost via their courier. They sent me an invoice for this, which I paid many, many weeks ago. The goods were collected after a few more weeks, but that is where this comes to a halt. <br> I have tried on several occasions to contact Colin via phone and email, but he just ignores me.I did speak to him once, and got a mouth full of excuses. <br>
