Firstshop - Last resort
I bought and paid for an invertor from Fistshop on 14 January. 3 Days later they e-mailed me that they had no stock. I immediately cancelled my order and requested a refund. The next day they advised that I needed to ask for a "Card Reversal", not a refund. I comp**** immediately. On 23 January, they advised that the card reversal would not work and they needed an ID and Bank Certificate. Comp**** immediately. They are very politre and apologetic but, on 25 January, I am still waiting. 70
