FirstShop is amateurish and they don't keep their promise

I bought a router on the 8th March 2023. I got an invoice and they say they will deliver within 1-3 days around pretoria. On the the third day, no delivery and no update as they promised. I called them on the 10th March 2023, they said the router is being dispatched. This does not make sense because they said they will deliver within 3 days. After some minutes I got another invoice that insinuate that I bought the router on the 10th March. These ****s must repay my money if they can't deliver the good I paid for in good faith. They falsely mislead customers on their website and they don't keep their promise.
