FirstShop Experience
Online portal experince is great, delivery process via supply chain partners needs some improvement. The delivery adress information integration from the FisrtShop portal with the supplier and the courier is not in synch. Address details provided to the courier company is incomplete despite being fully captured on the FirstShop portal
