FIRSTSHOP - Be WARE - APPAULED BY THEIR LACK OF SERVICE🤬😡

We've ordered 3 x Gigabit Switches from them on 17 May 2022. After querying on 20/05/2022 about not receiving the products we got a mail stating ;

"that we have experienced a slight delay with invoicing and dispatching of your order. We are working on having your order delivered to you as soon as possible. We expect this item to be delivered to you by 27 May. We do apologize for the delay and inconvenience caused."

I phoned today 27 May 2022, after a lot of emails back and forth, and now Vivian-Lee Bester, the Account Manager cannot give me answers..... This is the first time I've used them, and will certainly be the last time.....
