FirstShop are a waste of time and energy
The wrong order arrived and it took a week for them to collect it and I have still not received the correct order despite various emails back and forth. They are now closing for the Festive Season and I have no clue if I am even getting my order or a refund. Their communication is appalling to say the least and their service is not even worth discussing. They are a total waste of time and energy.
