First Shop - VERY BAD SERVICE - POSSIBLE ****

<p>We received a very attractive offer for printers via email and decided to purchase a printer online on 21 Feb. 2017. Which was a very bad decision. The offer stated that our printer would be delivered in 3 working days. Of course no printer was delivered. I followed up on 1 March 2017 via telephone and email and was promised by Johanthan the printer would be delivered by 3 March 2017 the delay was due to stocktake, again no printer was delivered. After several attempts to phone or email, no reply. I finally got through on 6 March 2017 and spoke to Jonathan again who promised to give feedback re the order, no reply again. After we mailed them again and treat them with legal action he phoned me and informed me there seem to be a problem with the order. The stock was delivered to another supplier..... it is now on back-order until 28th. We demanded a refund but we still have no printer or refund.... </p> <p>Is it bad service or have we being ****med.... just asking????</p>
