FIRST SHOP TAKES MONEY WITHOUT SUPPLYING GOODS

On 17 July 2015, I ordered and paid for online 8 x 16gb flash drives from Firstshop, which was in stock on their online platform. Their delivery policy is within a week for businesses. Not having received the goods 10 days later, i contacted them, and Ricardo Govender indicated that he would look into it. He rep**** on 28 July to indicate that it was their error and they did not have stock. He offered an alternative (an inferior product) and wanted me to pay a higher price, which i refused. they have been dodging me since and have not returned the money that i paid.
