first shop is my first stop

i write this review with extreme disappointment, anger and frustration..... at every other retailer .. (yes im talking about you incredible connection.. pc link... etc.)

the mind blowing service i have recieved from Suzaan Koster from firstshop was amazing. i have been shopping around for a router for about 2 weeks now. i am a very patient buyer and during this time i have visited many shops. been on tons of websites and even made calls to dlink, asus and other retailers and manufacturers.

Suzaan and me discussed my situation and needs. she really went the extra mile and assisted me in making a choice i am 100% sure of. something other retailers could not do. After deciding on a router i had no doubt that firstshop is the best place for my business.
