First Shop good pricing but with drawbacks and inaccurate info on website

11 May 2020, I enquire about the progress on delivery as item showed in stock and is still showing in stock. My enquiry is due to nobody at First shop bothering to keep customers up to date on process

12 May 2020 I get this business reply: "Kindly note that the “HuntKey Jumper 300G - Power supply (internal) - ATX12V 2.3/ EPS12V 2.92 - 80 PLUS Gold - AC 115/230 V - 300 Watt - active PFC” that you have purchased from First Shop is on backorder. The ETA ( estimate time of arrival) for the stock to arrive at our main warehouse is the 19th of May. My sincere apologies for the delay and inconvenience caused. Kind regards, "

On this day I inform item is showing stock and request they correct it to help irritate people who order and expect delivery.

20 May 2020, I receive a business reply stating ETA for stock now 24 May 2020.

They offer a refund...

I do not need a refund I need the product and if the stock has been corrected all this could have been avoided. There is a reason I requested this specific product that is out of stock everywhere so was happy to see in stock by First Shop.

Today is 30 May 2020 with no updates again if stock arrived
