First time using FirstShop - I was referred to them by my IT Consultant. My ordering process was seamless and super fast. In 3 days I had the item ordered and will definitely refer EVERYONE I know who wishes to purchase anything that is sold on FirstShop's site - the superb service is knee buckling in a world that no longer prioritizes customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THE OUTLET STORES, it will just frustrate you. Thank you FirstShop for being the shining light out there !
